Management of the Hall

Llanasa Village Hall is a charity registered with the Charity Commission, number 1198102, and is managed by a board of Trustees. The Trust was established in July 1996, operating under a Trust Deed, and has recently converted to Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) status.
The objectives of the CIO are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Llanasa and the neighbourhood to advance education and provide facilities for social welfare and leisure activities, improve the conditions of life for these inhabitants.
